Hey it’s Zarly here and today I’m going to be talking about how to eat clean. Here’s how to eat clean and get fat burning results.
1. Find Balance
First of all. You must keep your foods balanced. This means eating foods from a wide variety of categories. You must eat good carbs, lean protein and healthy fats. Those diets that focus on one category like the grapefruit diet, the soup diet or the banana diet, they don’t work because this way of highly restrictive eating can’t be sustained and it only sets you up for failure. Eat a balanced diet with a range foods that are healthy and real.
2. Avoid Diets
Second avoid diets. Here I go again. I hate diets. They don’t work. Even the word diet puts people in a depressive state. Skip the diet and eat clean, real and nutritious foods. Clean eating is a way of life, it’s a habit, it’s second nature.
3. Have patients
Most importantly have patients. This new clean eating lifestyle won’t change your body overnight. The body fat will come off. Just not overnight. Did you gain that weight in a few days or a week? Your not going to lose it that fast either. Set short term goals, stay motivated and keep going with your clean eating. Big changes to your lifestyle and your body will take consistent long term effort.
4. Have a Plan
Another tip of mine. Which I think is so important. Is have a plan. Without a plan you have no direction and guidance and are more likely to slip up. A simply way to start is make a list of foods to eat and foods not to eat. Write it up and stick it to your fridge this is a great start. Eat, wholegrains, lean meats, vegetables, fruits and salad. Avoid, packaged foods, biscuits, pastries, white breads and sugary drinks.
